During the webinar of January 20, 2022, France PCS (Port Community Systems) clarified that our country has a considerable lead in the digitalization of the supply chain. The experts in the field presented the work put in place with the State services to lay the foundations of the new digital platform for French foreign trade, in this case the maritime one-stop shop, GUM.
This platform is intended to be a strong link in French logistics competitiveness. It aims to respond to European regulation 2019/1239 known as the “EMSW” regulation, relating to the implementation of the future European Maritime Single Window.
